In addition, many teenagers have already experienced pain or trauma in their lives that is unhealed, leaving them feeling alone and unsure of how to overcome fear, rejection, shame, anger, sadness, and anxiety.
Teens who struggle with having confidence and a vision for a positive future tend to be more vulnerable to being exploited.
Most parents are unaware that in their local community, across socioeconomic and family backgrounds, teens are being groomed, coerced, and trapped into sex trafficking by friends and classmates online and in person.
The Brave Series empowers teens in life, leadership, and purpose – and equips them with practical ways to safeguard themselves and others from exploitation and damaging relationships. Above all, it enables you, as a parent, to engage in transformational conversations with your teen.

How to use The Brave Series as a parent.
The Brave Series encompasses two four-volume series: Brave & Beautiful for teen girls and Brave & Bold for teen guys, plus accompanying teacher Guides. A co-ed series, Brave Together, is currently in the works.
There are many different ways to use the Brave Series.
You can allow your teen to work through the material at their own pace, or make a plan to go through it with them over a series of weeks or months.
You can study each chapter together in order, or dip in to chosen topics as and when you feel your child will benefit from them.
Whatever your approach and time constraints, our Teacher Guides provide hundreds of activities and reflection questions that you can use to spark transformational conversations with your teen, as well as tips to help you connect with them where they are at.
